Safer Internet Day

6th Feb

Today is Safer Internet Day and, although internet safety is taught regularly in the curriculum, the children have spent more time looking at ways to stay safe.  The day included:

  • Our e-safety advocates handing out leaflets for parents
  • Survey to see the children's feeling on internet safety and where we as a school need to help to educate the pupils
  • An assembly focusing on strangers on the internet
  • Some of our Year 5 and 6 pupils working with younger children to help them to be safe online
